My return to Pita Pan was way better, the music was at a tolerable noise level the chicken kabob was excellent, plenty of fries once again as in the past BUT...there was almost zero chicken on the Chicken Gyro, it was basically mostly sauce, some tomato, lettuce and bread, if that gets corrected I'd be back daily, just up the MEAT

O M G!!! If you are use to the original Pita Pan read this!!! DONT BE FOOLED BY MY PICS, THIS IS NOT A PORK GYRO ALTHOUGH IT MAY LOOK LIKE IT! I also included a pic of what a Gyro should look like for all the ppl saying Pita pan is delicious lmao smh
We came in tonight to pick up an order to go. We haven't had Pita Pan in a few years now so we said we were in the mood for it. We went in, I said to my husband "The have no more Greek people working here anymore ". There now all Asian. Then we looked around and was like, it's empty in here how weird. We then took our order to go. Upon arriving home, I opened the food and was utterly disgusted!!!!! OMG! WHAT IS THIS?!!??!!!
we order 4 (small, dont think there big like other spots) beef gyros and an order of fries. Almost $30!! I honestly think this establishment has been sold to Asian owners. See pics of what I was given. It was like dry, tough, flavorless steak. Also, the fries were nowhere near the amount they use to give and they were oily, soggy and bland! It was NASTY!!!! What a waste of money. This is an insult to us Greeks in the neighborhood to call this a Gyro!!! I wish I could get my money back after I dumped this trash food. Stay far away and go to Gyro World down the block. -

Ordered Uber Eats a few nights ago. Didn't notice they were 3 stars but definitely don't agree with that. I ordered 2 beef gyro's the meat was fresh and delicious and it came with all of the toppings that you'd expect on a gyro. Quick delivery, good food, this place definitely gives some my other favorite gyro spots a run for their money!

Great spot with friendly staff. Love their fries but really love the dipping sauce that goes with it. They have a great lunch special for two gyros, fries and drink for ten dollars. What a bargain! I recommend getting the pork gyro instead of the chicken. The pork meat is flavorful while the rotisseried chicken is on the bland side. I also found their burgers to be quite good. They toast the bun which I like. And they do a good job of searing the hamburger while keeping the inside moist.

One of the most underrated gyro places in Astoria, it has become my #2 Gyro Spot. I won't divulge my #1 spot, as it's located in the neighborhood. But Pita Pan hits the spot when I'm looking for a chicken gyro. They offer an assortment of items and all ingredients are quality! I encourage everyone to support this place.
